Frequency Kitsap is a community symposium that equips volunteers of any age to become more effective in connecting with youth of today. This FREE event will explore today's cultural trends relating to Generation Z. Parents/Guardians are also invited to attend.


We are excited to welcome back Chap Clark as keynote speaker!  Chap is a well-known practitioner, author, scholar and specialist in adolescent and family dynamics. Chap, along with our local youth community, will equip us with tools to better connect with our younger friends.

Chap Clark

Chap Clark (PhD, University of Denver) is co-founder of Culture Pivot and President of Parenteen, Inc. He is a global speaker and consultant, author of two dozen books, and a nationally recognized expert on adaptive leadership, cultural trends, Gen Z and Alpha Gen, and adolescent and young adult development. His years of academic leadership, research and teaching offers a rare interdisciplinary perspective on societal trends and the impact of emerging generations. 


His books contain numerous award-winning titles, including Hurt 2.0: Inside the World of Today's Teenagers and Sticky Faith (co-authored) and he is the series editor for Baker Academic Youth, Family, and Culture series. He has written over 50 articles and has been interviewed by a wide array of podcasts and radio programs. Chap's insights have been featured in both print and network media, from the New York Times and LA Times to ABC News. He appeared as an on-screen advisor for the reality series "Amish in the City" and has served as a consulting producer for Emmy award winner Jon Kroll Productions.


Chap is a highly sought-after speaker, inspirational communicator, corporate trainer and coach, and consultant. His warm and engaging use of humor and authentic style connect with all ages and backgrounds. 


For 42 years Chap has been married to Dee, a LMFT counselor and an equine-assisted psychotherapy trainer and practitioner. The Clark's have three grown children, five grandchildren, and live in Gig Harbor, WA.
